I bring all three of my dogs here, and the experience is consistently exceptional from start to finish. First and foremost, Lily is an absolute gem. She does the grooming for all three of my dogs, and quite frankly, I would not trust them with anyone else. When you hand your dogs over to someone, you want to know they are not only skilled but genuinely love what they do—and Lily embodies both. I bring Odin (my cocker spaniel), Santino Corleone “The Boss” (my toy terrier), and Amalfi (my Boerboel) to Dogs of Greenville, and each one of them has very different grooming needs and personalities. Lily handles them beautifully every single time. When I pick them up, the results speak for themselves: • They are perfectly groomed • Thoroughly bathed • Nails trimmed properly • Coats soft and fresh • And they smell absolutely amazing But what matters most to me is this: they are happy when I pick them up. Their tails are wagging, their spirits are calm, and it is clear they have been treated with patience and kindness. As an added bonus, my dogs absolutely adore Lily. Anyone who has dogs knows they are the best judges of character. If they run toward someone happily, that says everything you need to know. The facility itself is professional, welcoming, and clearly run by people who care deeply about the animals they work with. Grooming appointments are handled efficiently, and the attention to detail is outstanding. Finding a groomer you can trust is priceless, and Dogs of Greenville has earned my loyalty. I can not thank Dogs of Greenville enough for giving my girl the best spa treatment - they are so patient and kind . And do the best job - my girls nails and ears looked fantastic!! Great work !

Scammers! If you are looking for a reputable groomer, this is not it. I was quoted $95-100 for my doodle. When I got there I let them know he has hip issues; "no problem, we have a sling for support" I was told. I pick him up and was charged $118 -he is never matted, brushed three times per week without fail, so it was not due to him being in poor condition. Unfortunately I felt weird bringing the discrepancy up. I also didn't say anything about the strange grooming technique around his face and eyes-not anything I'd ever seen or would want. This visit I let them know he'd fallen and hurt his hip but he was now on meds and feeling better but not perfect. They were leery of doing him-no mention of the sling or anything. I said if you don't want to groom him, no problem, I'll take him somewhere else. But, they decided to do it. I get a text saying he was done and was given a "hygienic groom" because he had trouble standing, again, no mention of the sling. I get there and it is $108. I asked why is it the same price as a full groom and was told it was $30 less. I told her I was quoted $95-100 but was charged $118 last time and she said "Oh, I thought it was $128". I started to say even if it was $128, $108 is NOT $30 less.....but I said you know what....... actually, never mind and left. I have since found a groomer who will work on him-I asked if she would on a dog with hip issues and she laughed-of course I do-we can't expect dogs to be forever young and spry! She has a sling and said while it might take a little longer if he needs a break, but he'll be comfortable as possible and be fully groomed. Now THAT is a quality groomer.
